I did some research before purchasing and not only did I like the design and ease of use of the pole mechanism but also the fact that the Titan pole internal mechanism was visually shown and that the mechanism can be repaired if ever needed. There is even a video on YouTube on how to repair it. Other telescoping pole brands I looked into did not show what their pole mechanism was like internally or state that they could even be repaired if needed which left me questioning their design. We had a couple locking sections go out and when I contacted Atlantic, Bethany responded super quick, considering it was the weekend. By Wednesday, I had the replacement parts. I didn't get around to replacing until a week later, but the process was fairly straight forward. I would only add a tip and that is to make sure and clear out any broken pieces that may have been left behind during replacement. I ended up taking a part and putting back together twice, but that was probably because I rushed it and didn't clear out the pieces. The revolving truck worked pretty well but I still had to occasionally adjust the flag because the truck only moved top of flag. The second was a twenty foot telescoping pole which utilized push bottons to raise and lower the sections. Flag was freer to move according to wind direction, but the push buttons weren't the most secure mechanism for locking the sections and they also started to elongate. Purchased the twenty foot bronze pole from Atlantic and have been using for about four weeks. Sections lock together internally and seem very secure. Also using the 48 LED solar light. 26 LED Solar Flagpole Light | Easiest Way to Light Your Flag

Having a flagpole light is mandatory if flying your American flag at night time in the dark. While there are many options available a solar light is by far the simplest. Set up time is under 5 minutes and no running power cables and installing electrical outlets in your front yard. With our solar lights you will have a full 360 degree lighting on your flag flying at night on your flagpole without worrying about wires and complicated setups. The power of the sun recharges the batteries, which of course ARE included with our product, so your light simply works when you expect it to. Video transcription: Welcome back, Bethany here. I wouldn’t be a very good pole girl if I didn’t first explain to you some very important things about flagpole etiquette. You may not know this but you’re actually not suppose to fly your flag over night, unless your flag is lit. And because I know you are a patriot that wants to keep up with these important facts, I highly recommend our solar lighting kit. I’m just going to quickly show you, demonstrate, how easy it is to attach this to the top of your flagpole. First you want to make sure your flagpole is brought down to its lowest position, then you’re going to unscrew the anodized aluminum gold ball ornament off the top of your flag pole and insert it into the top of the solar kit. You’ll see it sticks out the bottom and this is where you attach to the top of your flag pole. I want you to take a close look at where all of the lights are on the bottom of this kit, you actually get 360 degrees of lighting so that way no matter what position your flag is in, if it’s blowing to the left or to the right you can be ensured that it’s going to stay lit. Again this is the perfect accessory for anybody who is looking to keep up with proper flag etiquette. And it's really nice because you don’t have to worry about figuring out a way to get lead cords from the house out to the yard and make sure there is electricity going to some sort of lighting kit. This is hassle-free it uses 3 double A batteries that are obviously going to be recharged by the sunlight. So really this is the way to go, highly recommend it.
