The customer service regarding status of your order was outstanding with continuous email updates. Once arrived, the packaging was solidly put together keeping flagpole and accessories secure and undamaged. After inspecting the contents its obvious that this company builds a solid telescoping flagpole far better then any I had ever owned in the past or seen through my research in buying a new one with other companies.
