Had the pole foundation dug and poured in 30 minutes. Waited 24 hours for the concrete to set, and it only took another 15 minutes to attach the light, the gold ball, and 2 flags. The flag rings took a couple of days to freely rotate with the flags attached, but work as advertised now. I love this flagpole. 10 seconds and it can be fully retracted.
