FAST REPLACEMENT SENT Called Bethany with question why our flagpole bottom section had suddenly collapsed and wouldn't engage when trying to extend. We have had our flagpole up 7 months now and never touched it since install. She was very nice and never questioned the failure of a sleeve we had experienced. She immediately sent out the replacement sleeves and we only paid shipping $17. Parts arrived fast. It takes about 45mins to fix. Hardest part is the flag swivels and lining up that BOTTOM BOOT with bolt inside pole! WATCH FINGERS. Sure enough the bottom set were completely broke inside the pole. No one will know just how that happened, but so thankful THESE GUYS HAVE A WARRANTY! Very pleased with customer service and our flags were back up flying high within a week!
