I dug the hole - toughest part - and poured the cement around the sleeve as per instructions. The flag was placed in 5 days later, on July 4th. I won't need the flash collar, and my dusk to dawn front lights cast enough of a glow on the flag at night. I may decide to get the natural eagle later. It was a present for my wife, and she loves it. So do I! An easy, definitely one man or one woman project ...
